Neostrata Brightening Eye Cream is an advanced eye cream designed to treat and strengthen the delicate skin around the eyes. The effective formula conceals dark circles while addressing the problem where it occurs using a combination of peptides and natural yeast extracts. Cucumber and green tea extracts relieve and minimize under-eye bags. The cream also contains provitamins A, C & E as well as antioxidants such as gluconolactone and lactobionic acid that moisturize and reduce the visibility of fine lines while protecting against future damage.
Gently apply the cream around the eyes. The eye cream is an active treatment and it is important to observe the skin's response to the product.
Use twice daily. Week 1: every other evening. Week 2: every evening. Week 3: morning and evening.
